- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen peaches
- 1-2 bananas
- 1 1/2 cups pure apple juice (not from concentrate)
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2-3 cubes of ice
- *milk as desired for consistency once blending
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes, adding milk or juice until desired consistency. Pour mixture into a ReSqueeze pouch and you have a delicious and healthy snack on-the-go. Oh, and have a glass yourself!
*Alternative tip: Any combination of frozen fruit tastes great!
