Peanut Butter Shake

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of milk

We blend all these for about a minute, adding water as necessary to liquefy. They last for a day in the fridge or can be frozen in ReSqueeze’s bags, then defrosted by running them under warm water.
