"Start with a couple kiwi and dice into small bite size chunks. Add a sliced and skinned pear and a handful of spinach. Put in the blender, adding some liquid to keep it a smooth consistency. Not too soupy but not too chunky either. The older your baby the chunkier you can leave it. Pour in your ReSqueeze pouch and refrigerate after use! Easy peasy. Another trick I learned the second go around is to freeze purees in ice cube trays for easy 1 serving size."
